If you have a breakthrough ingredient, technology, or research story to share — this is your stage.

Submit Your Abstract — Deadline 19 January 2026

We are now accepting speaker submissions for Suppliers’ Day 2026.
Your abstract should clearly outline:

  • Topic overview

  • Ingredient name(s) and trade name(s)

  • Scientific data or research insights

  • Key takeaways for formulators

All abstracts must be submitted by 19 January 2026.
Late submissions cannot be considered due to programme scheduling.

Speaker Requirements

To maintain fairness and support the cost of hosting the event, all approved speakers must:

1. Pay the Speaker Fee

This covers:

  • Inclusion in the official programme

  • Promotion in the event communications

2. Purchase a Suppliers’ Day Entry Ticket

All speakers must hold a valid event ticket for entry on the day
