On behalf of the NZSCC Committee, we would like to invite all current members to our annual AGM to be held online on the 4th of September.

The AGM is an important constitutional gathering of NZSCC members to hear about the progress of the Society as well as recent and on-going developments. The meeting also provides a forum for members to put forward their ideas for the future of the Society. A quorum of 20% of our members is required to hold the AGM.

Please note that only current, paid members can attend the AGM so please ensure your membership is current before attending. If you are unsure please email us at info@nzscc.org.nz. Nominations for the election of committee members must be submitted to the Secretary no later than 1 hour before the AGM.

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Communications Coordinator

• Committee Members (at least 2 and a maximum of 5).
