Ticket purchases can only be partially refunded up to 14 days prior to the event taking place. We confirm numbers to the venue and to catering staff at this time. The total refund will be ticket price less banking and processing fees to a maximum of 8% of the total value. After this time, we cannot offer refunds.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been processed. As the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Chemists only sells tickets to events, we do not send any physical goods.
As a society we have decided to pass on the transaction fees for payments made through our website. If you do not wish to make payments through the portal, please contact us and we can arrange for you to direct credit.
To purchase entry tickets to the Innovation Zone, you will need to be a current member of the NZSCC and be attending the conference. Products are eligible if they have been launched between the end of the last conference and the beginning of the new. Only one entry per business.
Partner and Gala tickets are available for those paid delegates who wish to bring their life partners along to enjoy the fun. These are not for sale for any other purpose.
